Dealing with the Covid19 pandemic, as well as all the changes to legislation that came with it, have made the past 18 months the most challenging time for Sam Keith, based in our Swansea office, throughout her 14-year career as an accountant.
Running way beyond her fundraising target for the London Marathon is Ammanford’s Ashmole & Co Partner, Laura Craddock. She has raised almost £18,000 (£8,000 more than her original target). Laura is running the London Marathon on Sunday, 3 October, to help raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust and local fundraising.
Every Ashmole & Co office across south, mid and west Wales will be closed on Friday, 27 August, to give staff an extra day off as a thank you for all their work and resilience during COVID-19.
Ashmole & Co have hit a sixer with their latest recruit. The firm is delighted to announce that Lowri Cottey, daughter of famous cricketer, Tony Cottey, has recently started working for the successful accountancy team. Lowri works in the Ammanford office as a Trainee Accountant.
Ashmole and Co has had a presence in Newcastle Emlyn for almost 40 years and before moving to an office location in 1989, meetings with clients were carried out in the front parlour of a gentleman’s house, on mart day, once a week!
We are delighted to announce that Claire Ibbitson and her eldest son, Rhys, from Capel Hendre, have both recently started working for our accountancy firm. Claire is based in Llandeilo and Rhys works in the Ammanford office.
