We are delighted to announce Kane Williams, in our Ammanford office, has completed his studies and passed all his exams to become a qualified member of the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).
Kane, from Pontardawe, has been working full time in Ashmole & Co’s Ammanford office since August 2019, after he gained his degree in Accountancy with first-class honours from Swansea University.

Kane did two weeks work experience with Ashmole & Co in 2014 and enjoyed working for the firm so much that he joined, part time, in November 2017, whilst in his second year at Swansea University. Kane continued to work two days a week for the firm whilst studying up until qualifying in 2019..

Laura Craddock, Partner in Ashmole & Co’s Ammanford office said, “We are all so proud of Kane and his fantastic achievements. He has become an integral part of our team in the Ammanford office, even offering advice to other staff studying. It’s been an absolute pleasure to watch him going from strength to strength. It is important as a profession that we help to train the next generation of accountants. Qualified staff members are the lifeblood for the future success of our firm.”

A number of staff have achieved exam success including Vinal Patel and Sam Jones in the firm’s Ammanford office who have passed exams on the way to becoming ACCA members. Gareth Thomas passed his AAT exam. Poppy Wilks in the Haverfordwest office passed her exam on the way to become ACCA qualified.
