Expansion creates new Trainee Accountant position in our Llandovery office

Expansion of Ashmole & Co’s Llandovery office has resulted in the creation of the new role of Trainee Accountant. The company is delighted to announce that Jasmine Emerick has joined the expanding team in the position..
Jasmine, who is from Garnant originally, has recently moved to Llanwrda. She is responsible for the preparation of VAT returns and accounts as well as interacting with clients on a daily basis.
Educated to A Level at Ysgol Bro Dinefwr, Llandeilo, Jasmine spent some time at Swansea University studying accountancy until she saw the opportunity to apply for the trainee accountant position with Ashmole & Co.
Welcoming Jasmine to the team, Ceri Llwyd, Partner in the Llandovery and Llandeilo Ashmole & Co offices, said, “Jasmine’s appointment has strengthened our team in Llandovery. We are delighted she has joined us. We can provide local clients with high quality audit, accounting, and taxation services with business consultancy, financial services and corporate planning. The most rewarding part of my job is knowing that we are helping the local community.”
In her spare time Jasmine spends most of her time with Llangadog Young Farmers Club. She is the Treasurer for the club and tries everything from stock judging to cookery, floral art and competing at the YFC Eisteddfod. She also spends time on her boyfriend’s farm in Llangadog helping with lambing and shearing.
