Very often it is the receptionist and administrative staff that you will initially meet when you visit one of our offices and it is these members of staff that are the vital part which keeps our firm running as efficiently as it does.
We would like to introduce Hayley Bobrowska to you. Hayley joined our Llandeilo team last year, just as we were coming out of the pandemic mayhem and is the receptionist and administrator in our Llandeilo office.
What you might not know about Hayley is that before heading into the office each day she will have been busy on her smallholding tending to her two horses, two cats, a dog, 12 chickens and three ducks. She loves riding her horses and looking after the animals. As she admits, it is very unusual to find a photo of Hayley that isn’t of her on a horse!
Day to day Hayley processes documents, invoices, letters and is the first point of contact for Ashmole & Co clients in the Llandeilo office. The most rewarding part of the job for Hayley is helping people sort out their issues and she always loves to learn new things.
Hayley has a wealth of experience for her position. Previously she has held administrative / finance roles with the local council and the public sector spanning a decade. She’s also worked for the National Trust at Dinefwr Park Estate and a local residential nursing home.
Hayley lives in Capel Isaac, near Llandeilo with her husband. She has two daughters aged 27 and 25 years.
Ceri Llwyd, Partner in Ashmole & Co’s Llandeilo office said, “Hayley is a vital part of our team here in Llandeilo. She always greets our visitors with a smile and makes sure they are well looked after. We think it is important to have someone who lives locally welcoming clients to the office as they have an understanding themselves of the local area. With her vast amount of experience, she ensures we’re all in the right place at the right time with the correct documents in hand.”
